The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has expressed its readiness to collaborate with other progressive political forces across party lines to build a nation Nigerians can be proud of.
Speaking during a press briefing in Abuja, the National Chairman of APGA, Sly Ezeokenwa, reiterated the party’s commitment to national development, echoing the sentiments of its National Leader and Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo.
Ezeokenwa highlighted that the resolution of APGA’s internal leadership crisis by a Supreme Court judgment affirming his chairmanship has paved the way for the party to reclaim its prominence in Nigeria’s political space.
“APGA proudly has elected representatives within and outside the South East. We are ready and willing to work with all other progressives to build Nigeria because we believe in our country,” Ezeokenwa stated.
He also announced a reconciliation initiative within the party, granting amnesty to members who genuinely repent, regardless of their stance during the leadership tussle.
The APGA chairman commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu as a minister, describing the gesture as a recognition of APGA’s contributions to national development.
Ezeokenwa expressed deep gratitude to Governor Charles Soludo for his exemplary leadership, both within the party and in Anambra State, where his policies and programs continue to gain widespread acclaim.
“Governor Soludo has shown how effective leadership can bring value to society, and his efforts remain a source of pride for APGA,” he said.
He emphasized that APGA is now well-positioned to make meaningful contributions to Nigeria’s progress and foster alliances with like-minded political entities to advance the nation’s development.
