Vainstream Of Mice & Men frontman Austin Carlile feels “lucky to be alive” after he suffered a nasty electric shock.
The rocker was hospitalised on Friday to treat injuries sustained in the accident, and he later explained the medical crisis to fans in a series of posts on Twitter.
He shares this note on his Twitter page,
“Spent the last 24 hours in hospital. I’ve been ‘electrocuted’ by mic (microphone), working, etc. before, but never to the extent of yesterday. Nothing… to show from it other than burns on my fingers. Lucky to be alive, but today feel like I was ran over (sic) by a truck. Close call for the heart…”
Austin Carlile has not given any further details about how the accident happened.
