Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk has come out to confirm that the billionaire tycoon is interested in buying the Premier League football club, Liverpool. Musk who is worth an estimated $418billion worth appears to be turning to football to expand his business empire, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even if confirming the interest would raise the price of the club, Musk would definitely love to buy the club because his late grandmother was born in Liverpool.
Eroll added that the richest man in the world is very attached to the city as a result.
His words, “I can’t comment on that. They’ll raise the price.
Oh, yes. But that doesn’t mean he’s buying it. He would like to yes, obviously. Anybody would want to – so would I!
His grandmother was born in Liverpool, and we had relatives in Liverpool, and we were fortunate to know quite a lot of the Beatles because they grew up with some of my family. So, we are attached to Liverpool, you know.
