The Balogun Adinni of Summuratul Worldwide, Hon (Dr) Kamorudeen Oladipupo Adebutu has called for peace and love between muslims and christians. To him, it would bring about harmonious relationship, meaningful and healthy engagement between the members of the two faiths.
According to Adebutu, the diversity in our religions must be a source of strength and unity which would enable true development to flourish in our society,
The federal lawmaker who is the Chairman, House Committee on Rural Development, made this statement at the 2nd Special Tahjud organised by the Ogun Zone Youth Wing of the Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT). The program was hosted by the Yewa division at Ota LG.
While speaking further, Adebutu expressed his joy to be a partaker in God’s projects at all times which he considered a “divine priviledge”. He stated that though a christian, he had contributed to the growth of Islam through contributions to its course.
The Global Chief Missioner and Spiritual Leader of NASFAT, Fadhilat Sheikh Al-Amin Abdul-Azeez Onike, reiterated the position of Hon Ladi on unity amongst members of the two prominent faiths. He prayed for the success of his aspiration in 2019.
As part of his contribution to the construction of NASFAT national mosque, Hon Ladi donated building materials worth N5million.
Also in attendance were Hon Sikirulai Ogundele, Hon Waliu Taiwo, Hon Sola Soledolu, Hon Mufutau Oduwaiye, Hon Sunday Solarin and Asiwaju Bola Oluwole.
