Tottenham Hotspur manager, Ange Postecoglou has come out to snap at questions regarding the race for a place in the top four. This is coming after the recent defeat to Fulham, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he does not know the kind of response anyone is expecting to that because there are still 10 difficult games to go this season.
Ange added that Tottenham remains two points behind Villa, so the club will keep fighting till the very end.
His words, “Yeah look it’s all over [the top four race] so we will just go for sixth.
I mean what am I supposed to say to that, we are two points behind Villa. Yeah? What does that mean with 10 games to go, what are 10 games to go.
Psychologically I don’t really worry about that stuff. It is 10 games there is so much football to be played. If we had one today nothing was guaranteed, could’ve lost last week nothing was guaranteed. So I don’t worry about that stuff and never have. It’s not about just falling into a place in the ladder.”
WOW.
