Rick Ross stopped by Wendy to explain why he warned Meek Mill not to trust Nicki Minaj.
Rozay also talked about his now highly publicised feud with Birdman.
The Bawse ruffled feathers on his new album, Rather You Than Me, where he rapped about warning Meek Mill not to trust his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
‘It’s just that big brother love, it’s nothing personal against Nicki, it could’ve been Keisha off your block,’ Rick Ross said on Wendy.
‘That was just me being a big brother… That’s was just my opinion. [I told him] just be careful. Sometimes you just have to let your little brother live and give them your support.’
On his situation with Birdman where he took shots at the Cash Money exec on his single ‘Idols Become Rivals,’ Ross explains why he is supporting Lil Wayne in his feud against Birdman.
‘Obviously Lil Wayne hasn’t been able to release his album that has been ready to be released for a long time now,’ Rozay said.
He added, ‘Lil Wayne was the first artist to ever sold a million records the first week, so he set a lot of precedence for Southern artists such as myself, so I just felt like it was time for somebody to speak on it.’
Young Renzel also addressed the DJ Khaled side of the feud, revealing that Birdman owes the We The Best Music Group chief ‘a few dollars; which we reckon is a lot of money.
Surely, the last has not been heard of this.
