Last night at the Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas, Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Marc Anthony, after a surprise duet at the T-Mobile Arena, shared a passionate kiss, proving to the whole world that one could still be friends with one’s ex.
They locked lips after their enthralling performance when the electrified crowd screamed ‘beso’ (meaning kiss in Spanish).
Before they shared that kiss, Lopez gave a heartfelt speech in her mother tongue, about the father of her two children saying: ‘Marc is a living legend. He is a magical and pure artiste giving away classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life. He will always be a lot of things to me. He’s my kindred spirit. My love.’
The couple ended their seven-year marriage five years ago, but continue to co-parent their eight-year-old twins, Emme and Max.
Lopez has not remarried since then, but Marc tied the knot with his third wife, model Shannon De Lima in 2014. Hopefully, the kiss hasn’t put Marc in trouble with Shannon.
