Bayern Munich have come out to confirm that Harry Kane sustained a muscle tear during the match vs Borussia Dortmund. The club recently had its say via a press statement, and fans have been reacting.
According to Bayern, Kane suffered a small muscle tear in the back of his right thigh, so the club will be playing future games without him for the time being.
The club added that its medical department conducted thorough tests and scans to arrive at that result.
It read, “Harry Kane suffered a small muscle tear in the back of his right thigh during yesterday’s Bundesliga match between FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund. This was the result of an examination by FC Bayern’s medical department. This means that FC Bayern will have to do without Harry Kane, 31, for the time being.”
