Militao Is Out For The Season – Real Madrid

Real Madrid have come out to confirm that Eder Militao has suffered another anterior cruciate ligament injury. The club recently revealed that the Brazilian defender will undergo surgery in the coming days, and fans have been reacting.

According to Real Madrid, tests carried out on the player showed a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament with involvement of both menisci in his right leg, so he is definitely out for the season.

A club statement read, “Following tests carried out today on our player Eder Militão by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament with involvement of both menisci in his right leg. Militão will undergo surgery in the coming days.”
