Mohbad Death: Rights group blames Alagbon Police, alleges Complicity

…Says, like Oluke-Orile Criminal Matter against fake Monarch and his Cohorts. Also, the same goes for Police Area “K”, Morogbo Division with Ilogbo-Eremi Police Station, Badagry, Lagos.

A human rights body, the Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) *has blamed the men of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Annex, Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Alagbon, Ikoyi-Close, Lagos State over the untimely death of a Twenty-Seven (27) year old popular Afrobeats Musician, Aloba Promise Oladimeji, popularly called “MOHBAD”*, alleging the Force Headquarters of complicity in the death of Mohbad which has brought great to the country among the democratic nations of the world.

The group also *castigated the Alagbon FCID of lackadaisical attitude with dereliction of duty for failing to act on time on Mohbad’s Petition Letter dated 27th of June, 2023, until the messengers of death claimed Mohbad’s life untimely*.

It added that according to *Mohbad’s Petition Letter where he alleged threatening his life with damage of his properties worth Eight million naira (N8,000,000k) and assault occasioning harm, oppression and conduct likely to cause breach of peace against one Samlarry Eleghusi, Obele and host of others and the Police failed to act because of the names of those involved*.

CHRSJ, further stressed that *if the Police earlier acted accordingly, they would have saved the precious life of Mohbad, describing the ongoing investigation of the Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) as a welcome and good development but said the Alagbon FCID has made it a mess after the death of Mohbad*, asking rhetorically that how it would have been if Alagbon FCID, Lagos acted accordingly?

CHRSJ urged the State Police Command to ensure justice for the family of Mohbad, particularly, for his mother, wife and little son by bringing the culprits of the dastard act to justice, no matter whose ox is gored.

Recalling that the same way men of *Alagbon Police Force Headquarters (FCID), Lagos, have been treated the criminal case of “Oluke-Orile town” against the illegal and acclaimed monarch, Mr Issau Adeola Balogun and his co-criminal gang such as; Shakiru Onadimokun, Bamitale Jubril Akinsanya, Bunmi Akinbode, Kabiru Onadimokun, Gbenga Arayomi, and Benjamin Oluwalolese*.

CHRSJ, in its *Petition Letter dated Monday 4th September 2023 which copies were made available to newsmen on Friday and forwarded to the Police authorities in the country, raising an allegation of complicity against the Police officer, CSP Aina Philip of the Special Investigation Department(SID), FCID, Alagbon, led the investigation on the criminal offences committed by the aforementioned suspects by refusing to charge the matter to Court as requested by the complainants after the Police had concluded their investigation on the matter*.

According to the signed Petition Letter by the CHRSJ’s Executive Chairman, Comrade Adeniyi Alimi Sulaiman, called for the *intervention of the Police authorities to prevail on the “CSP Aina Philip” led Investigation Team on the subject matter to do the needful by taking the “matter to Court for adjudication in order to prevent such occurrence of Mohbad death” on the precious lives of the complainants from the hand of the criminal suspects*.

Comrade Sulaiman further alleged that the aforementioned suspects had been attempting to eliminate the lives of the Complainants because *Alagbon FCID Police Force failed to do the needful of bringing the culprits to justice, adding that the CSP Aina Philip led the Investigation Team now appealing on behalf of suspects with the Complainants not allow the Police to take the matter to Court of competent jurisdiction for unbiased adjudication*.

The Petition Letter reads thus; *”Upon the official request of your good offices to intervene in this matter of urgency, we expect your response to use the rule of law, due process and democratic procedure in the intervention of this matter, as against the rule of brigandage exercise/draconian law that always dramatized by the Area-(K), Ilogbo-Eremi, Morogbo, Eleweran, Ilaro, Idiroko, Oguudu, Itori, Idoo-Railway-Line, Ogombo, Court-Road/Apapa-Worlf Police pieces of information and it’s Officers*.

“And still Plan to further it by those alleged defendants of this Petition, which made all other former intervention bodies lack the authority to enforce their constitutional duty than to involved in the indubitable fact that jungle rule of delusive demagogues desperadoes that are being satanically entrenched in their side as a smack of flaws, bias, prejudice, insincerity, travesty of justice and undemocratic favouritism with barbaric conspiracy, through the aforementioned officers and their offices in Ogun and Lagos Police Commands with so call “Alagbon Force-Annex Police Force Headquarters in Ikoyi-Close, Lagos, Nigeria, which their attitude towards this matters were too narcotics, necca, aporling and penticulation devendies that showing their series of unfortunate anarchy of the anatomical contour of their position on this informations allegation, as we are tired of their office’s mendaciloquencies presstitute and zarbernism.

As “CHRSJ” Properly and absolutely discovered their series of discrepancies with porncarturious competitious laconic lacunar from the side of all the defendants of this petition, based on our organization’s independent Investigative research with authentic pieces of evidence to prove this matter beyond the reasonable doubt in anywhere in the whole world and any competent offices with its jurisdiction that means for this type of matters/offences against its Perpetrators, and to authenticate the veracity of its empirical reports before you and your reputable offices, Panel/Committee of Enquiry to these bitter complaints of the victims, Petitioners and the complainants against the Defendants of this Petition letters.
