The All Progressives Congress has revealed that viral O to ge (Enough is enough) slogan has been changed to O t’ope (It is praise-worthy) now that its governorship candidate, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has been declared winner of the tight governorship in Kwara State.
APC shared this on Twitter after their candidate was announced winner of the election.
They wrote, “It is official: Kwara’s Otoge is now #Otope@RealAARahman of our great party has been declared winner of the Kwara Governorship Elections.
APC: 331,546
PDP: 114,754
Congratulations @RealAARahman!
Thank you good people of Kwara!”
APC is of the opinion that the O to ge slogan was very useful in sending out what is known as the “Saraki hegemony” in the state.
Meanwhile, Senate President Bukola Saraki has congratulated the Kwara State governor-elect, Dr. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
His words, “I thank all Kwarans, particularly PDP supporters, who worked for the party in the just concluded elections. My congratulations go to Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq and all those who emerged at all levels. I wish them all the best.”
