Manchester United defender, Axel Tuanzebe has come out to say that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a coach that understands players.
Tuanzebe revealed that the job that Ole does when it comes to aiding the growth of individual players in training is commendable.
According to him, the man from Norway has been very fundamental in his development and discussions have gone down on his future at the club.
He added that Ole has been very good to him since he became the permanent manager at the club.
His words, “He has an understanding of the players himself,”
“It is a lot easier. He knows how people feel when in certain times and he knows how to help the individual adapt to the circumstances.
“For me he has been fundamental. We have had a sit down, we have talked about my future and what destinations I want to be reaching, and he has been really good to me.”
