President Muhammadu Buhari is set for 4 more years in office as he is presently in front ahead of closest rival, Atiku Abubakar in the ongoing result announcements.
The incumbent President is in a strong lead right now according to what INEC has been announcing in Abuja.
As at the time of posting this, Buhari has clinched 12,061,230 votes, ensuring the healthy lead against Atiku Abubakar’s 8,592,340 votes.
While PMB has emerged victorious in majority of votes in 15 state, Atiku has gotten 13.
Muhammmadu Buhari won in Ekiti, Osun, Kwara, Nasarawa, Kogi, Gombe, Yobe, Niger, Jigawa, Kaduna, Bauchi, Lagos, Ogun, Kano, and his home state of Katsina.
Atiku has won the majority of votes in the FCT, Ondo, Abia, Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, Oyo, Adamawa, Edo, Benue, Imo, Plateau, and Taraba.
However, PDP has said and is still saying their party is rejecting the results being announced by INEC, because they are incorrect and unacceptable.
