Nicki brings to PROLIM, over 25 years of experience in providing IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Training, Consulting and outsourced solutions for a wide variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, computer, government, banking, retail, manufacturing, and creative services. She has managed sales, recruiting teams and training entities for small to large Fortune 500 companies. Nicki brings a strong understanding of providing solutions to today’s difficult hiring requirements.
She has sourced locally for U of M, Detroit Medical Center, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI, Meritor, Kmart, Bosch, Technicolor, LaSalle Bank, etc. and nationally for General Electric, IBM, Weatherford Oil & Gas, Ford Motor Company, multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, etc.
Nicki has managed several outsourced Training design, development and implementations as well as projects including: converting instructor led courses to web-based for a major automotive company, EEOC guidelines and requirements to a sales organization, orientation manual for Henry Ford Health Bariatric Surgery.
Nicki holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a B.S. of Business/Marketing from Wayne State University. Nicki currently lives in Troy, MI, a multicultural suburb of Detroit, in the heart of the automotive industry.
