Former chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and ex-presidential candidate of defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, has finally dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Ribadu, who was said to have joined the ruling party to to fulfill his governorship ambition in Adamawa State had reportedly been registered by his family at his Makama Ward in Yola South, Yola in Adamawa State before the registration card was sent to him in Abuja. He is expected to make his decision public soon.
The decision by Ribadu’s kinsmen to register him in PDP, as gathered, was to enable him pick the PDP governorship form for the Adamawa State 2015 governorship election, Nigerian Tribune reported.
Ribadu is expected to address journalists on Monday on his governorship ambition and defection to PDP.
