Arsenal midfielder, Mohamed Elneny has come out to say that the main focus is to return the club to Champions League action for next season. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Arsenal missed a lot of good chances vs Leeds United, but the players are happy and satisfied with the all important three points.
Elneny added that the main objective for next season is the UEFA Champions League, and the players will do everything to achieve it.
His words, “Everyone is focused on achieving the club’s objective which is to qualify for the Champions League.”
On Leeds, “We missed a lot of chances in the first half.”
“We wanted to score a third goal but we are happy to get the three points and to win is the most important thing for the team at the moment.”
“I think we controlled the game and did not allow Leeds any chances other than the goal they scored.”
On Spurs, “The derby against Tottenham will be tough, and our goal is to win at their stadium and earn qualification to the Champions League.”
