Voicebrook’s Commitment to Customer Success Helps the Company Expand Its Leadership in Pathology Reporting
VoiceOver® provides a starter set of gross templates to allow the client to immediately use speech recognition capabilities to create pathology reports. Customers have reported that the starter set of templates is a significant time saving option and allows the laboratory to be “up and running” quickly. Tami Abell, Director of Product Management for Voicebrook, says, “The customer’s current personal templates or macros can be inserted directly into the VoiceOver® template center. This allows the laboratory to continue producing reports using their preferred reporting style.” VoiceOver® solutions allow for the creation and editing of personal and shared templates to fully customize the reporting experience.
Arief Suriawinata, M.D., Chief of Anatomic Pathology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center says, “Voicebrook provides a tailored voice recognition system for our laboratory information system and has eliminated the need for surgical pathology gross transcription. They provided excellent planning, preparation, training and at the elbow support to achieve a successful implementation.” Shannon Schutz, MS, PA (ASCP), Pathology Assistant at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center states, “Voicebrook has excellent customer service. They are always reachable, always helpful, always pleasant.” Dartmouth-Hitchcock is a Cerner Millennium client and has been using VoiceOver® since April 2013.
Voicebrook product offerings are feature rich and well suited for laboratories of all sizes. Citing improvements in Pathology reporting, workflow efficiencies and demonstrated commitment to customer success, Voicebrook continues to distance itself from the competition.
